Are you a Powder Coater or Powder Coating Operative looking for a stable Monday to Thursday role, with every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off and the opportunity to earn additional money every month through efficiency bonuses?

This is a site-based role within a sheet metal and fabrication manufacturing environment, where you will be powder coating metal components to a high standard.

This role would suit a Powder Coater, Powder Coating Operative or similar from a manufacturing, fabrication, sheet metal, engineering or metalwork background, looking for a stable long-term role with a consistent 4-day working week.

The Role:

• Powder coating metal components within a manufacturing environment
\n
• Preparing components before powder coating
\n
• Working to job sheets, instructions and quality standards
\n
• Supporting production targets in a busy fabrication environment
\n
• Monday to Thursday only
\n

The Person:

\n
• Powder Coater, Powder Coating Operative, Coating Line Operative or similar
\n
• Previous powder coating experience
\n
• Background in manufacturing, fabrication, sheet metal, metalwork, engineering or industrial environments
\n
• Able to work to quality standards and production targets
\n
• Reliable, hands-on and detail-focused
\n
