Job Description
We are looking for a HR Advisor to provide expert guidance and support across a broad range of employee relations matters, and partnering closely with managers across the business. This is a generalist role where you will deliver pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice while ensuring compliance with employment law and working in a fast-paced operational environment.

- Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice and support to managers and employees across a broad range of people matters. \n
- Manage a varied Employee Relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance, capability and conduct matters from initiation through to outcome. \n
- Support and manage complex ER cases, conducting investigations, preparing documentation, advising managers and ensuring compliance with company policy and employment legislation. \n
- Coach and support managers in handling employee relations matters and developing their people management capability. \n
- Support all stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation reviews, employee changes, development and offboarding processes. \n
- Deliver day-to-day HR operational support, ensuring employee records, contracts, correspondence and documentation are maintained accurately and efficiently. \n
- Advise managers on HR policies, procedures and employment best practice, ensuring consistency across the business. \n
- Support the management of long-term sickness, occupational health referrals, employee wellbeing initiatives and reasonable adjustments. \n
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across operational and support functions, acting as a trusted point of contact for HR matters. \n
- Support organisational change activities, including consultations, restructures and other business transformation initiatives. \n
Profile
\n- \n
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor role with significant Employee Relations responsibility. \n
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. \n
- Demonstrable experience managing complex disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability and absence cases end-to-end. \n
- A well-rounded generalist HR background, with exposure to HR operations and the full employee lifecycle. \n
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence decision-making. \n
- A hands-on, proactive approach with strong organisational and prioritisation skills. \n
- Experience working within a fast-paced multi site, operational, logistics, hospitality, foodservice or similar environment would be advantageous. \n
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable. \n
Job Offer
\n- \n
- Hourly pay between £23.00 and £28.00, dependent on the level of experience. \n
- Immediate Start \n
- Interim to perm opportunity. \n
- Due to the nature of the role and the importance of building strong relationships across the business, you must be happy to work five days per week onsite in Battersea, Nine Elms. \n
