Production Operative – Afternoon Shift

Location: Sheffield

Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Pay rate: £14.00–£15.00 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

Beyond Talent Solutions is looking for reliable and enthusiastic Production Operatives to join an afternoon shift team. This is a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment, producing high-quality components and supporting the smooth running of the production processes. Full training can be provided. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate a range of manufacturing equipment in line with production schedules and safety procedures.

• Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process, carrying out inspections to ensure specifications are met.
\n
• Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns or production delays to the relevant team members.
\n
• Assist with the operation of various production processes and machinery, with full training provided where necessary.
\n
• Package, label and prepare completed products for storage or distribution.
\n
• Support inventory checks, material handling and other general production duties as required.
\n
• Work closely with the wider production team to achieve daily output and quality targets while maintaining a safe and organised working environment.
