Key Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Managing and delivering geo-environmental and contaminated land projects from inception to completion \n
- Planning, supervising, and coordinating intrusive site investigations \n
- Undertaking contaminated land risk assessments and remediation strategies \n
- Interpreting geological, geotechnical, and environmental data \n
- Preparing Phase 1 Desk Studies, Phase 2 Site Investigation Reports, and technical interpretative reports \n
- Liaising with clients, contractors, regulators, and multidisciplinary project teams \n
- Mentoring and supporting junior consultants and engineers \n
- Managing project budgets, programmes, and resource allocation \n
- Ensuring compliance with current environmental legislation and health and safety standards \n
- Supporting business development activities and client relationship management \n
What We're Looking For
\n- \n
- Proven experience working as a Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant or in a similar geo-environmental role \n
- Degree qualified in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering Geology, Geo-Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline \n
- Strong understanding of contaminated land legislation and UK regulatory frameworks \n
- Experience managing site investigations and contaminated land risk assessments \n
- Excellent report writing and technical interpretation skills \n
- Strong project management and client-facing experience \n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively \n
- Excellent communication and leadership skills \n
- Full UK driving licence \n
- Right to work in the UK \n
