\n - Genuine hunter – this is a new business acquisition role.
\n - Consistent prospecting with proven track record.
\n - Highly driven and target-oriented.
\n - Ability to maximize revenues and grow the commercial property register.
\n - High standards of service and presentation.
\n - Ideas and initiative around plans for market growth.
\n - Strong organization and ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
