- Own and lead the end-to-end delivery of finance managed services for a global client, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards \n
- Oversee IFRS reconciliations and audit support, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery across entities \n
- Drive standardisation of processes across jurisdictions, implementing best practice controls and governance \n
- Act as primary contact for global stakeholders, coordinating across regions and PwC member firms \n
- Build trusted relationships and provide clear reporting on performance, risks and issue resolution \n
- Lead and develop a ~30-person onshore/offshore team, driving accountability and effective resource management \n
- Drive process standardisation, controls, and continuous improvement through optimisation and automation initiatives \n

- Must be ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA qualified (or international equivalent) \n
- IFRS and GAAP experience \n
- Proven experience working in global, multi-jurisdictional environments, including coordination with international stakeholders and delivery centres \n
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with geographically dispersed teams and senior client contacts \n
