Negotiable day rate - Inside IR35

We're looking for an experienced Transition & Transformation Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex transition and transformation programmes. You'll be responsible for moving services into a new operating model, ensuring smooth mobilisation, service continuity and successful business outcomes.

• Lead transition and mobilisation programmes from planning through to BAU handover.

• Develop transition strategies, governance and integrated delivery plans.
\n
• Manage multi-workstream delivery across operations, technology, people and suppliers.
\n
• Ensure service continuity during migration, cutover and hypercare.
\n
• Drive operational and digital transformation initiatives.
\n
• Manage senior stakeholders, programme governance, budgets, risks and contractual commitments.
\n

• Proven experience leading large-scale transition, transformation or mobilisation programmes.
\n
• Strong background delivering outsourcing, managed services or enterprise change initiatives.
\n
• Experience designing and implementing target operating models.
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
\n
• Strong programme governance, financial and risk management experience.
\n
• MSP, PRINCE2, Agile or Lean Six Sigma certifications are desirable.
\n
