Director, Technology, Cyber & Resilience Risk

• Leads the Technology Risk & Operational Resilience capability across DSM, FX, and Risk Intelligence.
\n • Accountable for the first-line risk and control environment.
\n • Drives risk-informed engineering delivery, embedding robust controls and resilience practices.
\n • Owns the first-line technology risk profile and control framework.
\n • Defines control standards, testing approaches, and assurance mechanisms.
\n • Partners with 2LOD to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.
\n • Provides independent first-line challenge to engineering and product teams.
\n • Monitors external regulatory developments and emerging risks to drive changes.
\n • Owns oversight of technology third-party risk and cloud risk controls.
\n • Leads and develops a high-performing technology risk team.

• Senior leadership in technology risk within regulated financial services.
\n
• Ownership of control frameworks aligned to recognised standards (NIST, ISO, COBIT).
\n
• Strong track record in risk governance and remediation of systemic issues.
\n
• Operational resilience and incident management expertise.
\n
• Experience engaging with regulators and executive stakeholders.
\n
• Cloud and third-party risk oversight.
\n
• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
\n
• Certifications (preferred): CRISC, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, ITIL Expert.
