Responsibilities\n

  • Lead and oversee clinical operations across early development through post-approval activities, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring operational excellence.
  • \n
  • Manage complex trial programs, timelines, budgets, and regulatory interactions.
  • \n
  • Develop and execute clinical development strategies aligned with regulatory expectations and company goals.
  • \n
  • Foster strong internal and external partnerships with stakeholders, CROs, and collaborators.
  • \n
  • Monitor quality, compliance with ICH GCP and regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement.
  • \n
Qualifications\n
    \n
  • 15+ years in Clinical Development with leadership experience; track record of managing global or regional trial portfolios.
  • \n
  • Strong expertise in clinical operations, trial management, budget oversight, and regulatory interactions.
  • \n
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
  • \n
  • Solid understanding of global drug development strategies and regulatory requirements, including ICH GCP.
  • \n
  • Experience working with outsourced models (CROs and collaborators).
  • \n
  • Background in rare diseases or autoimmune conditions is a plus.
  • \n
Preferred Qualifications\n
    \n
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Veterinary, or a related field.
  • \n
  • Deep knowledge of ICH GCP and other regulatory standards.
  • \n
  • Prior leadership experience within biotech or pharmaceutical industries.
  • \n

  • Willingness to travel for clinical site visits, meetings, and regulatory inspections.
