Head of New Office / Senior Conveyancer / Residential Property Lawyer

Location: Central Manchester

\n An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Conveyancer / Residential Property Lawyer to play a pivotal role in the brand new Manchester office of a well-established national law firm.

This role is ideal for either:

    \n
  • An experienced Senior Conveyancer looking to step into a leadership position, or
  • \n
  • An ambitious Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer (2+ PQE) seeking a genuine “step-up” opportunity
  • \n
\n

You will benefit from high-quality work from day one, full autonomy, and significant investment from the firm to build and grow your own team.
\n A client following is not required, but those with one and/or prior management experience will be well-positioned to command a higher salary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in developing and growing the Manchester conveyancing offering

  • Collaborate with colleagues and support the wider property team

  • Deliver a high-quality, client-focused service with regular communication

Requirements:

    \n
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
  • \n
  • Ability to manage a full caseload independently
  • \n
  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (preferred, not essential)
  • \n
\n
