\nPay Scale: Starting at £13.45 per hour, rising to £13.67 after engagement. Opportunity to progress to £14.15 at your own pace

\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Outreach, Day Services and Housing support services in Glasgow.
\nOur dynamic services currently supports autistic adults in a range of social, learning, and community-based activities, helping them build confidence, develop life skills, and enjoy meaningful experiences. Each person benefits from a personalised programme of support tailored to their unique needs, providing structure, consistency, and, for some, assistance with personal care and daily living tasks.
\nAbout the Role:
\nAs an Autism Practitioner, you will support individuals to achieve their personal goals and live as independently as possible. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing personalised support plans. \n
- Building positive, trusting relationships. \n
- Empowering individuals to make choices using their preferred communication methods. \n
- Supporting participation in activities such as local events, day trips, and holidays. \n
- Assisting with everyday tasks such as managing finances and maintaining their home. \n
- Promoting life skills and providing personal care where required. \n
- Partnering with stakeholders to ensure each person’s life goals and aspirations are always at the heart of their care. \n

\nSuccessful Applicants Should
\n- \n
- Hold a full UK manual driving licence. \n
- Be flexible to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends. \n
- Previous experience in a care or support setting is advantageous but not essential, full training is provided. \n
