Senior Quantity Surveyor

A passionate Quantity Surveying consultancy situated around Barbican, London, is seeking a capable and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who can hit the ground running.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a busy team of 10-15 quantity surveyors who are working on a mix bag of projects including private residential, museum, heritage, and retail projects.
\n The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead projects from inception to completion, with projects tending to value between £1m and £15m.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
\n
• MRICS would be a plus, but not essential
\n
• 6+ years Quantity Surveying experience
\n
• Worked within a PQS / Cost Management environment
\n
• Good pre & post contract knowledge
\n
• Able to deliver projects independently
\n
