\nKey Duties\n
\n

\n
• \n

  Manage and review client files and portfolios to ensure accuracy and timely Partner sign-off.

\n
• \n

  Provide expert advice across income, corporate, and capital taxes.

\n
• \n

  Lead client meetings alongside, or on behalf of, the Partner.

\n
• \n

  Oversee billing, budgeting, and fee reviews to ensure commercial accuracy.

\n
• \n

  Delegate workflow and support day-to-day team operations.

\n
• \n

  Review and develop team performance and support continuous improvement.

\n
• \n

  Support compliance updates and ensure best practice across all work.

\n
• \n

  Handle client and internal queries promptly and professionally.

\n
• \n

  Contribute to business development activity and firm growth.

\n
• \n

  Act as cover for the Partner when required.

\n

\nRequirements\n
\n

\n
• \n

  ACA or ACCA qualified with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualified experience.

\n
• \n

  Strong practice background including accounts preparation and corporate tax experience.

\n
• \n

  Experience working with sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.

\n
• \n

  Strong knowledge of Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, and CCH or similar software.

\n
• \n

  Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels.

\n
• \n

  Proven ability to manage workloads, deadlines, and competing priorities.

\n
• \n

  Strong leadership and team management experience.

\n
• \n

  Proactive and commercially minded approach.

\n
