Position: Electrical Engineer
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £41,000 per annum + Overtime
Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their on-site engineering team at a commercial static site in Sheffield. What youll do:

\n
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across electrical building services systems.
\n
• Perform fault finding and repairs on lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, control panels, distribution boards, and associated electrical plant.
\n
• Undertake routine inspections, testing, and maintenance to ensure all electrical systems remain compliant and operate efficiently.
\n
• Support minor installation works, electrical upgrades, and small project tasks as required.
\n
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to building operations.
\n
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety and statutory compliance requirements.
\n

What youll bring:

\n
• City & Guilds / NVQ in an Electrical discipline.
\n
• 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
\n
• Experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance.
\n
• Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
\n
• A proactive, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
\n
