We're looking for a SeniorEstimator to take ownership of our clients estimating function, lead a high-performing team, and play a key role in securing and delivering major projects within a specialist manufacturing and security environment.

What You'll Be Doing\n

• Leading and developing the estimating team
\n
• Owning the tender process from enquiry through to submission
\n
• Developing winning pricing strategies
\n
• Managing supplier and subcontractor relationships
\n
• Identifying commercial and technical risks
\n
• Working closely with Sales, Design, Production, and Project teams
\n

What We're Looking For\n

• Strong estimating experience within construction, manufacturing, engineering, or fabrication
\n
• Previous leadership experience
\n
• Commercially minded with excellent analytical skills
\n
• Strong understanding of UK tendering and construction processes
\n
• A proactive leader who enjoys improving processes and challenging the status quo
\n
