\nNEOS Engineering are working with a well-established and growing heavy plant dealership that is looking to recruit an experienced Field Service Engineer to cover the Colchester area.

The Role\nAs a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repair of a wide range of heavy construction plant at customer sites throughout Essex and the surrounding areas.
\nYou'll be provided with a fully equipped company van and the autonomy to manage your own workload while receiving excellent support from the service team.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Service, maintain and repair heavy construction plant. \n
- Diagnose and rectify hydraulic, electrical and mechanical faults. \n
- Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance. \n
- Complete breakdown repairs efficiently on customer sites. \n
- Accurately complete service reports and job sheets. \n
- Build strong relationships with customers while delivering excellent service. \n
- Work safely and in accordance with company procedures. \n
We're looking for engineers with experience working on equipment such as:

- Excavators \n
- Wheel Loaders \n
- Dumpers \n
- Dozers \n
- Telehandlers \n
- Rollers \n
- Loading Shovels \n
- Construction Plant \n
Experience with manufacturers such as CAT, Komatsu, JCB, Volvo CE, Hitachi, Develon, Doosan, Hyundai, Liebherr, SANY, Kubota, Takeuchi or similar would be highly desirable.
