The Role\nWe are looking for a compassionate and confident Service Leader to guide and inspire a dedicated team of support workers.
\nYou will be supporting adults with:

- Learning disabilities \n
- Autism \n
- Physical disabilities \n
- Complex needs and behaviours that may challenge \n
No two days are the same from daily routines and personal care to community activities, holidays, and life skills development, youll play a key role in helping people build independence and enjoy meaningful lives.
\nYoull also be responsible for leading a team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered.

\nYou will have:

- Experience in a health and social care leadership role \n
- A genuine passion for supporting people to live independently \n
- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs \n
- A flexible, positive, and can-do attitude \n
- Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team \n
- Knowledge of autism and/or trauma-informed approaches (desirable) \n
- Confidence using basic IT systems \n
You will be someone who can balance hands-on support with strong leadership and decision-making.
Qualifications\n- \n
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or above) desirable \n
- Proven relevant experience in a similar role is essential \n
