About the Role\n

As an English Lecturer, you'll inspire and support learners to develop the literacy skills, confidence and qualifications they need to progress in education, apprenticeships and employment.

\n

Teaching GCSE English, Functional Skills English, or a combination of both, you will deliver engaging lessons that help students achieve their full potential and develop a positive relationship with English.

\n

You will join a collaborative and forward-thinking team that is passionate about improving outcomes and creating positive learning experiences for all students.

What We're Looking For\n

We are seeking individuals who:

• Are passionate about English and inspiring learners
\n
• Have experience teaching GCSE and/or Functional Skills English
\n
• Can create engaging and inclusive learning environments
\n
• Have strong communication and classroom management skills
\n
• Are committed to supporting learners of all abilities to achieve success
\n
• Hold, or are willing to work towards, a recognised teaching qualification
\n
