\n Corby | Full-time, shift-based

\n

A well-established manufacturing business in Corby is seeking an experienced Shunter Driver to support movements of raw materials and finished goods across multiple local sites.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• \n

  Shunting trailers on/off bays and between nearby sites

\n
• \n

  Operating a Terberg and Class 1 HGV

\n
• \n

  Yard organisation, vehicle checks, and defect reporting

\n
• \n

  Ensuring loads are secured and DVSA compliant

\n
• \n

  Occasional warehouse/operational support when required

\n

\n

Requirements

\n

\n
• \n

  Class 1 HGV licence (minimum 2 years' experience)

\n
• \n

  Terberg experience

\n
• \n

  Valid CPC & Digi card

\n
• \n

  Safety-first, reliable, and a strong team player

\n
• \n

  Right to work in the UK

\n

\n

Shifts
\n 3-week rotating pattern (days, afternoons, nights) – average 45 hours/week

\n

Pay & Benefits

\n

• \n

  £39,286 basic salary + overtime

\n
• \n

  33 days holiday (incl. bank holidays)

\n
• \n

  Pension, sick pay, free annual CPC training

\n
