Key Responsibilities as a Department Manager;

\n
• \n

  Has strong visual merchandising skills and a passion for it

\n
• \n

  Driving customer service levels.

\n
• \n

  Leading and inspiring your management team.

\n
• \n

  Overseeing people, service, operations and product management.

\n
• \n

  Sales generation, driving KPI', budget and P&L management.

\n
• \n

  Ensuring a high level of visual standards and commerciality are maintained

\n
• \n

  Training and people development of employee's

\n
• \n

  One to one coaching and succession planning.

\n

What we are looking for;

\n
• \n

  You will be currently working as a visual manager or Assistant Manager, Floor Manager, Store Manager or Department Manager with a strong passion and understanding of VM.

\n
• \n

  Have at least 2-3 years of retail visual and Management experience.

\n
• \n

  Have a natural flair for Visual Merchandising and an eye for detail.

\n
• \n

  Experience working in Fashion highly desirable but not essential. Can have experience work in; Footwear, Accessories, Clothing, big box.

\n
• \n

  Have a love for inspiring your team through leadership and celebration of exceeding KPI's

\n
• \n

  This is a fast-paced environment and applicants with experience of managing turnover's over £500k will have a distinct advantage.
