DAS Case Officer

Location: Grantham or Remote\n
Salary: £26,436.80 + Bonus\n
Shift Pattern: Differing shifts between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday to Friday on a Rota Basis\n
About the Role\n
\nAs a DAS Case Officer, you will manage a portfolio of clients within Debt Arrangement Schemes (DAS) and Protected Trust Deeds, guiding them through their financial recovery journey.\n
As a DAS Case officer at Payplan you will be:\n
\n

\n
• Supporting client retention and client outcomes.
\n
• Managing and Maintaining a caseload in line with SLA's
\n
• Maintaining accurate client records.
\n
• Conducting regular financial reviews.
\n
• Building strong relationships with clients and creditors.
\n
• Identifying and responding to vulnerabilities.
\n
• Ensuring compliance with GDPR and Data Protection legislation.
\n
