Key responsibilities include:\n

- Leading and developing a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care \n
- Ensuring compliance with all CQC standards and working towards achieving Outstanding ratings \n
- Managing budgets and monitoring financial performance, including occupancy levels \n
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders \n
- Driving local marketing activity to maintain full occupancy \n
- Promoting a positive, inclusive culture focused on compassion, dignity and respect \n

- Previous experience managing a nursing or residential service \n
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations with a track record of good or outstanding outcomes \n
- Commercial understanding, including managing budgets and occupancy \n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills \n
- NMC registration is desirable but not essential \n

- £75,000 annual salary \n
