\nProcess & Accountability Manager Opportunity with the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), Supporting Sizewell C
\nAs part of the CWA (Civil Works Alliance), you will support the building of Sizewell C. Sizewell C will be a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes and will play a key role in our energy future, supplying reliable, clean electricity for at least 60 years. This role will be within the CWA Wide Section.
\nWhat will you do?
\nThe Senior Process & Accountability manager will support the lead to design and map CWAs key processes, turning them into clear, visual flows and practical how to guidance within the Integrated Management System.
\n\nThey will define and maintain accountability frameworks (such as Linear Responsibility Matrices) to clarify who is responsible for what across delivery sections, functions and key stakeholders.
\n\nA core part of the role is to drive implementation and adoption of these processes and accountabilities, ensuring they are understood, used and embedded in day-to-day delivery. The role will also facilitate cross-functional workshops, tracking process development progress, surfacing issues and opportunities of CWAs ways of working.
\n\nPrincipal Accountabilities, Activities and Decisions
\nProcess mapping
\nDefine and develop Integrated Management System controls (procedures, templates, guidance) that reflect how CWA operates in practice.
\nIdentify urgent and critical processes for deeper analysis and standardisation.
\nProduce clear and visual process maps and swim lanes.
\nDevelop concise checklists and supporting guidance that translate Integrated Management System requirements into practical how to steps.
\nEnsure to report progress to the lead with the deliverables and programme performance, highlighting achievements and challenges.
\nAccountability frameworks
\nSupport accountability mapping (e.g. Linear Responsibility Matrix, similar to RACI) across delivery sections, functions and with CWA key stakeholders.
\nImplementation and adoption
\nDrive implementation and adoption of the processes and accountabilities across CWA, ensuring they are understood, used and embedded in day-to-day delivery.
\nWorkshop facilitation
\nLead and facilitate workshops with multiple stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment between key functions and sections.
\nIdentity opportunities for improvements to the systems and processes to ensure best practice and continuous improvements.
\nWhat are we looking for?
\nKnowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience

- BSc engineering or science degree. \n
- Experience on working in large-scale complex organisation. \n
- Broad understanding of core organisational functions (Finance, Health & Safety, ESG, Project Controls, Commercial, HR) and delivery areas (Pre-construction, Logistics etc). \n
- Proven track record of mapping, developing and presenting controls across multiple functions. \n
- Experience using RACI (and similar LRM models) to define clear ownership. \n
- Senior stakeholder management. \n
- Experienced in using visual management tools (Visio, etc.) to map and present information. \n
- Confident facilitator with strong interpersonal skills. \n
- A formal LEAN/AGILE and Change Management certification is a plus. \n
