The Role\n

• Lead and drive overall branch performance and profitability
\n
• Grow market share within your local area
\n
• Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
\n
• Manage, motivate and develop a high-performing team
\n
• Conduct regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews and team meetings
\n
• Handle escalated complaints and resolve issues effectively
\n
• Work collaboratively across departments to maximise opportunities
\n
• Support wider lettings strategy and business objectives
\n

What Were Looking For\n
\n

• Proven experience managing within a lettings environment
\n
• Strong leadership and people management skills
\n
• Track record of working to and exceeding targets
\n
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving ability
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
• ARLA/CeLAP qualification (or working towards) preferred
\n
