\nABOUT THE ROLE
\nAs an HVAC Engineer, you will be part of our National engineering team, responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial and retail sites. You will ensure HVAC systems operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with statutory and client requirements.
\nWHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WITHIN YOUR SPECIFIED AREA
\nCarry out PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF, split systems, and chillers
\nFault finding, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical and electrical HVAC components Ensure work is completed in line with statutory compliance, SFG20, and company procedures Complete job documentation accurately via CAFM system Identify and report remedial works with clear technical detail Maintain van stock, tools, and plant Participate in call-out rota where applicable
\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
\nNVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration / HVAC (or equivalent) F-Gas Category 1 Proven commercial HVAC maintenance experience Good electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills Full UK Driving Licence Strong understanding of Health & Safety
\nACRIB Gold Skills Card (Desirable)
\nUnderstanding of F-Gas compliance and environmental regulations.
\nElectrical qualification or knowledge
\nAsbestos awareness (Desirable)
\nExperience working under the SFG20 framework for maintenance schedules.
\nExperience with larger complex sites, or critical plant systems (e.g. chillers, large AHUs).
\n5 Years Industry Experience in similar position (Preferred)
\nAir Source Heat Pump (ASHP) or Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) (Preferred)
\nBe part of the on call rota
