The role

This is a collaborative role, where youll build strong relationships with consultants, senior teams and a wide range of healthcare professionals and patients.

As an inspiring leader, youll develop and motivate your team, driving their performance, whilst supporting all the new initiatives of your hospital. With us, not only will you be valued for your skills and expertise, but youll also have time to build on them too, through our Ramsay Academy.

What youll bring with you

  • \n

    Registered clinical practitioner with the appropriate governing body (NMC/HCPC)

  • \n
  • \n

    Experience in managing a busy theatre environment

  • \n
  • \n

    Ideally, your wide-ranging skills will include teaching and assessment, as well as ILS/ALS

  • \n
  • \n

    A professional management qualification would be an advantage

  • \n
