HGV Driver
Job Description
WPRG Ltd are recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers for our client based in Leyton (E10).
\nThis is an ongoing role delivering baked goods across the South East of England using a Class 2 vehicle. Weekend work is required, with a rota provided one week in advance.
\nPaid driving assessment and theory test provided as part of the pre-employment process.
The Role\nAs an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will:

Perform multi-drop deliveries of baked goods
\n - \n
Deliver to retail and convenience stores
\n - \n
Ensure all products are delivered safely and in excellent condition
\n - \n
Complete vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
\n - \n
Follow Drivers Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
\n

Night / early morning starts: 00:00 04:00 (flexible within these hours)
\n - \n
Weekend work required
\n - \n
Average shift length: 12 hours
\n

£18.06 per hour, 7 days a week
\n - \n
Holiday pay accrued on top at 13%
\n - \n
Paid breaks on all shifts

Valid HGV Class 2 licence (Category C)

Minimum 1 year Class 2 driving experience
\n - \n
Experience with multi-drop deliveries
\n - \n
Digital Tachograph card
\n - \n
CPC qualification
\n - \n
Maximum 6 points on your licence (minor offences only no DD/DR/IN/CD codes)
\n - \n
Good communication skills
\n - \n
Ability to work weekends
\n
