Part time Support Worker

Salary: £24,301.20- £13.15ph

Hours:Average of 38.5 hours per week. 09:00 - 20:00

Week 1. Three days

Week 2. Four days

and every other weekend.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Clacton. We have a position providing support to a gentleman in his own home and out in the community. We are looking for an individual who is kind, patient and calm with experience of supporting individuals with Autism. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!

Key Requirements

• Experience supporting people with autism is essential

• Full UK driving licence - Essential
\n
• Calm, patient and understanding approach
\n
• Ability to work independently
\n
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting others
