HGV Class 1 Driver

We are delighted to be recruiting for Class 1 drivers to join a great company in Telford.

This is a temp to perm role.

Starting either 5am or 9am.

Monday to Friday £17/hr and weekends £18/hr

• Multi drop routes
\n
• Average 10hr days
\n
• No More than 6 Penalty points
\n
• All drivers must complete the Fors Bridge training prior to arriving on-site
\n
• Role: HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Multi-drop Driver
\n
• Location: Telford (TF1/TF2 area)
\n
• Duties: Driving Class 1 vehicles to complete multi-drop deliveries and collections, alongside associated warehouse/forklift duties.
\n
• Shift Patterns: Primarily Monday to Friday, day shifts. [1, 2, 3]Essential Requirements

• A valid UK Category C+E (Class 1) driving licence
\n
• Valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC) and digital tachograph card
\n
• Maximum of 6 penalty points on your licence (no DD, DR, or IN endorsements)
\n
• A valid forklift (FLT) licence (or willingness to train)
\n
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude to customer service
\n
• Minimum 6 months of Class 1 driving experience is generally preferred [1, 2, 3]
