You'll be supported by an experienced management team and a hands-on owner who will give you the autonomy to lead the nursery, inspire your team, and shape the future of the setting.

The Nursery Manager Role\n

As Nursery Manager, you will:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a passionate nursery team.
\n
• Create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
\n
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery.
\n
• Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and early years education.
\n
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
\n
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.

Nursery Manager Essential Requirements\n

\n
• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum).
\n
• Strong experience working within an Early Years setting.
\n
• Previous leadership or management experience within a nursery.
\n
• Excellent safeguarding knowledge.
\n
• Strong communication and team management skills.
\n
• Experience of an Ofsted inspection, either as a Nursery Manager or as part of a leadership team, would be advantageous.
\n
