Salary: £60,000 per annum + Bonus

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Children's Home Manager to lead a high-quality children's residential home in Derbyshire. \nEssential Requirements
\nPrevious experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a children's residential setting.
\nStrong knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and Ofsted inspection frameworks.
\nNVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete).
\nA resilient and compassionate leader who can establish a positive culture from the outset.
\nA commitment to therapeutic, trauma-informed care and improving outcomes for children.

\n£60,000 annual salary.
\nOpportunity to complete a Level 7 qualification.
\nPerformance-related bonus of up to £6,000 per year, based on Ofsted rating, compliance, and occupancy.
\nAdditional on-call payments.
\n30 days' annual leave, including bank holidays.
\nFull-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am5:00pm (40 hours per week).
\nOngoing CPD and professional development, including therapeutic and leadership training.
