\nMeridian are working with a well-established M&E contractor in the North-west who predominantly work across Preston, Lancaster, Blackpool, Wigan, and Blackburn areas. With a growing FM team of permanent maintenance engineers, you would be joining a respected and growing company. With a wide variety of work on commercial contracts in the area, there are plenty of additional earning possibilities as well as a strong benefits package.\n

Requirements for this role:\n
\n

\n
• Mechanical City & Guilds qualification to NVQ Level 2 or Level 3
\n
• ACS Gas Certifications
\n
• Unvented Cyclinders
\n
• Experience of Gas Maintenance and PPM within commercial environments
\n
• Current Enhanced DBS Check(or willingness to undertake)
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence
\n
• Experience being customer and client-facing
\n

Duties include (but are not exclusive to):\n
\n

\n
• Attending commercial projects and call-outs to maintain, fault-find, service, and fixgas building services
\n
• Carry out installation, maintenance, and remedial work oncommercialgas systems such as boilers, heat pumps, valves, vessels etc.
\n
• Complete maintenance and installation tasks reliably, meeting time demands whilst ensuring all work complies with health & safety and building regulations
\n
• Communicateprofessionally and effectivelywith with clients and site managers in various locations, sometimes including sensitive environments
\n
• Working on-call when required
\n
