Your work will include:\n

- Intrusive & non-intrusive condition surveys \n
- Defect diagnosis and root cause analysis \n
- Concrete investigations (corrosion, deterioration) \n
- Water ingress and faade issues \n
- Non-destructive testing (GPR, ultrasonic, etc.) \n
- Building investigations for repurposing and design input. \n
- Coordinating laboratory testing and interpreting results. \n

- \n
- Produce clear, practical, client-facing reports \n
- Manage projects (programme, budget, quality) \n
- Build strong client relationships \n
- Deliver practical solutions. \n
- Plan resources, allocate tasks and monitor performance. \n
- Mentor junior team members \n
- Contribute to technical and process improvements

- Background in Building Surveying, Structural Engineering, or similar \n
- Experience with building investigations / defect diagnosis \n
- Strong reporting and client-facing skills \n
- Ready to take ownership or step up into project leadership \n
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset \n
