Dogs Trust is a UK-based charity dedicated to ensuring that every dog can enjoy life to the full. Since its founding in 1891, it has expanded to become the countrys largest dog welfare organisation. The charity provides care and rehoming for thousands of dogs each year, supports owners with training and veterinary advice, and campaigns globally to improve dog welfare.

Operating entirely on donations, Dogs Trust also maintains a strict non-destruction policy for healthy dogs, and it works with communities and governments to promote responsible dog ownership and reduce suffering.

Your mission? Inspire members of the public to support charities like this through regular giving.

Your Role:

As a Home-to-Home Fundraiser, youll engage with people at their doorsteps, having meaningful conversations and inspiring them to support national charities such as Dogs Trust through regular donations or sponsorships. This role is focused on genuine, face-to-face interactions with purpose. While comprehensive training will be provided, success in the role requires confidence, resilience, and strong communication skills.

Each day, youll visit your assigned area during smart working hours of 11?am7?pm, when sign-ups are most successful. Youll speak with residents and encourage them to become long-term monthly donors (typically £10 per month). Your ability to build trust, overcome objections, and share a powerful message will be essential to achieving great results.

What Were Looking For:

Great communication skills

Positive attitude and resilience

Self-motivated and target-driven

A genuine passion for charitable causes

Door-to-Door/Fundraising experience (preferred but not essential full training provided)

Full UK driving license and access to your own car everyday (essential)

What You'll Get:

£26,437k guaranteed basic salary

Weekly pay + uncapped bonuses (giving a realistic OTE £45-£55k)
