Salary/Bonus: £49,159 - £52,251 per annum + up to £10,000 Bonus + £5,000 Welcome Bonus*

Location: Burton on Trent, Staffordshire

Homes2Inspire are currently looking for a Registered Home Manager for our three-bedded childrens residential home in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire. Youll report to the Regional Operations Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the safety and well-being of our children and young people at all times. We are looking for a compassionate and inspiring Registered Childrens Home Manager to help this home continue to flourish.

You will lead with empathy and strength, guiding the team to maintain the settled, positive atmosphere already in place while supporting each young persons individual journey. Edgecote House supports children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, providing the stability, warmth, and consistency they need to thrive. Our dedicated team works hard to create a nurturing space where every child feels valued, listened to, and understood.

Youll also have the support of Homes2Inspire the only charity-owned provider of residential childrens homes in Ofsteds top 10 where over 92% of our homes are rated Good or Outstanding.

What youll bring:

  • QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or working towards)
  • \n
  • At least 2 years recent experience in a supervisory role within a Registered Childrens Home
  • \n
  • Proven managerial and leadership skills with a child-centred approach
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of childrens home regulations and legislation
  • \n
  • A positive track record with Ofsted inspections
  • \n
  • The ability to inspire a team and build trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • \n
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • \n
