- Registered Manager of a 4-bedded EBD childrens home \n
- Overall responsibility for the safe and effective running of the service \n
- Ensure full compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards \n
- Lead, manage, and develop a dedicated residential staff team \n
- Oversee safeguarding, care planning, and risk management processes \n
- Maintain high standards of care and positive outcomes for young people \n
- Manage rotas, staffing levels, budgets, and operational performance \n
- Build strong relationships with external professionals and agencies \n
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain GOOD Ofsted rating \n

- Must hold a full UK driving licence (essential car driver required) \n
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready to step up \n
- Background in childrens residential care, ideally EBD \n
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks \n
- Confident and capable leader with staff management experience \n
- Calm, resilient, and able to manage challenging situations effectively \n
- Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people \n
- Strong organisational, communication, and decision-making skills \n
