\nIgnition Driver Recruitment is currently recruiting for a 360 Recruitment Consultant, to be based at our office in Doncaster. The office works closely with a range of local clients, while actively building new relationships across the area to expand our presence.\n
\nYour own full UK driving licence is essential, as travel to client sites is required, but when based in the office you will be within walking distance of all local amenities in a thriving city centre. There is also free parking available, and excellent public transport links.\n
Recruitment Consultant - Role & Responsibilities\n
\n
\n - Responsible for the end-to-end booking process of HGV drivers
\n - Attend regular meetings with new and existing clients for both servicing and also business growth
\n - Participate and promote all engagement initiatives with teams
\n - Working for a number of high profile clients, recruiting, booking & managing predominantly HGV Drivers
\n - Advertising, Screening and Interviewing potential HGV drivers
\n - Client and Candidate engagement and hands on people management
\n - Please note that whilst this role is mostly managing HGV drivers, there may be some requirement to deal with warehousing flex-employees also.

Recruitment Consultant - Working Hours\n
\nWe are looking for someone who can work 4 or 5 days, specifically over the weekend.We are open to being flexible on how many days you wish to work (4 or 5 - Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Mondy must be covered), but there will be requirements during busier periods for longer working hours and potential weekend working.\n
\nYou will also be required to undertake an on-call facility, which is based on a rota, so you will not be on call all the time.\n

\n - You will have excellent interpersonal skills, experience of building and maintaining relationships internally and externally
\n - You must be able to work under your own initiative, as well as part of a larger team
\n - You should be confident with your own time management
\n - You will have a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
\n - You will be able to demonstrate 12 months experience working in a similar role\n
\n - This includes experience in Logistics, Administration or Recruitment
