Remuneration: £50,000 negotiable depending on experience +£15,000 bonus

\n The role of the Business Development Manager Roofing & Waterproofing Systems will involve:

Field sales position selling a high quality range of roofing & waterproofing systems such as; single play membranes, felt systems, hot & liquid applied waterproofing, ancillary and accessories

All of your time will be spent selling to roofing contractors, flat roofing contractors building surveyors and roofing distributors / merchants such as; Jewsons, MKM and IBNG

As the role progressing looking at targeting specifiers and contractor

Targeted to turnover circa £2.5-£3m

Good blend of account management and new business

The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager Roofing & Waterproofing Systems with:

Must have sold a similar building envelope or roofing solution such as; guttering, roof tiles, insulation, flat roofing, pitched roofing, cladding, facades etc

Must have sold to roofing contractors, flat roofing contractors building surveyors and roofing distributors / merchants

Ideally have contractors and specification experience

Genuine get up and go, hungry and desire to earn

Results orientated, hungry and enthusiastic
