HGV Class 2 Driver Immediate Starts Available

SR Drivers Ltd are currently recruiting experiencedHGV Class 2 (Category C) Driversto support one of our well-established transport and logistics clients based inEly (CB7).

This is an excellent opportunity for professional Class 2 drivers looking for regular ongoing work, with bothday and night shifts available, alongside the flexibility of additional ad-hoc shifts.

The Role

\n
• Monday to Friday day or night shifts
\n
• Multi-drop deliveries and collections
\n
• Palletised deliveries using a pump truck/pallet truck
\n
• Local and regional delivery routes
\n
• Well-maintained modern fleet
\n
• Ongoing work with additional ad-hoc shifts available
\n
• Immediate starts available for suitable drivers
\n

Pay Rates

Day Shifts

\n
• £14.25 per hour PAYE
\n
• £15.97 per hour (inclusive of accrued holiday pay)
\n

Night Shifts

\n
• £15.25 per hour PAYE
\n
• £17.09 per hour (inclusive of accrued holiday pay)
\n
• Weekly pay
\n
• Pension contributions
\n
• Holiday entitlement (where applicable)
\n

Requirements

\n
• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
\n
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
\n
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
\n
• Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DD, DR or IN convictions)
\n
• Previous multi-drop driving experience preferred
\n
• Good customer service and communication skills
\n
• A professional, reliable and safety-conscious approach to work
\n
• Good understanding of Driver Hours and Working Time Regulations
\n
