Vehicle Paint Sprayer -Croydon- £42,500 + Bonus
\n\nWe're looking for an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our busy, professional bodyshop in Enfield. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-performing team where quality workmanship and attention to detail are valued and rewarded.
\n\nWhat's on offer

- Basic salary: £42,500 \n
- Individual bonus scheme \n
- Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00 - 17:00) \n
- Holidays: 20 days + 8 bank holidays \n
Key responsibilities
\n\n- \n
- Prepare, mix, and apply water-based paints to vehicles to a high standard \n
- Carry out all aspects of prep, paint, and polish work efficiently and accurately \n
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer and company quality standards \n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment \n
- Work effectively as part of a close-knit, professional team \n
About you
\n\n- \n
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Bodyshop Painter \n
- Skilled in vehicle prep, refinishing, and polishing \n
- Confident working with water-based paint systems \n
- Own spray guns and air-fed mask \n
- High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship \n
