As a Senior Commercial Gas Engineer, you will:

• Repair, maintain, and service commercial boilers, plant rooms, and building plant systems.
\n
• Conduct fault-finding and diagnostics to ensure the efficient operation of commercial gas systems.
\n
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality services to council properties and facilities.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
\n
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
\n
• Participate in overtime opportunities as required to meet project deadlines and client needs.
\n

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Valid commercial gas tickets (essential).
\n
• Ideally, an NVQ qualification or a strong engineering background.
\n
• Proven experience in maintaining and repairing commercial boilers, plant rooms, and building plant systems.
\n
• A proactive and mission-driven mindset, with a commitment to delivering excellence.
\n
• A full UK driving license.
\n

Your typical day will involve:

• Traveling to various sites across Hertfordshire and North East London to carry out maintenance and repair tasks.
\n
• Diagnosing and resolving issues with commercial gas systems to ensure optimal performance.
\n
• Collaborating with a team of skilled professionals to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.

• Keeping detailed records of work completed and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Engaging with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
