HGV Class 1 Driver

The Staffing Network are recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers on behalf of a leading logistics and transport operation based in the Spalding area.

We are seeking professional and reliable drivers for a variety of day-shift roles, including tramping, 4-on-4-off, 5+2 shift patterns, and weekday daily work.

Pay Rates - PAYE

• Monday to Friday: £162.50 per day

The Role

• Delivering goods nationwide using Class 1 articulated vehicles

• Completing vehicle checks and relevant driver paperwork
\n
• Ensuring compliance with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive and Road Transport legislation
\n
• Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service
\n
• Safe and efficient loading, unloading and vehicle operation
\n

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of relevant Class 1 (C+E) driving experience
\n
• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
\n
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
\n
• Digital Tachograph Card
\n
• Good understanding of driver hours and working time regulations
\n
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
\n
• Successful completion of a driving assessment prior to commencement of work
\n
