\nAn exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Salisbury has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Compliance Technician to be based in a high-profile building in Salisbury. He or she will be required to carry out Compliance testing across various types of equipment within a team of roughly 50 across this static site.\n
\nThe successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £33,000, overtime, further training and a route into further career progression.\n

- To carry out compliance testing in accordance with safety and the clients codes of practice on a range of specialist Laboratory equipment such as Microbiological Safety cabinets and HVAC systems. \n
- To ensuretest data is accurately recorded and recordsmaintained and toprovide oral and written reports on activities when required, whichmaybe usein regulator inspections (HSE) \n
- To liaise with Lab users and engineering support to ensure user and testing requirements are met, and to witness test activities of sub-contracted staff. \n
- To adviselab users and apply innovative solutions to achieve the clients business needs, deadlines, and targets \n
- In line with any other responsibilities, to perform any tasks assigned or objectives set by the Line Manager. \n

- BTEC or Equivalent in a science or engineering subject. (Desirable) \n
- Experience in a scientific or technical field. \n
- Testing of laboratory equipment \n
- Computer literate \n
- Good communication skills \n
- Client Facing \n
