Contract Type: Ongoing work, Temp or Temp to Perm

Start time :

Days 05:00 - 08:00am Monday to Friday

Rates PAYE :

DAYS - £16.50 or £18.49 with holiday pay

NIGHTS -£18.00 or 20.17 with holiday pay

SATURDAY -£20.00 or £22.41 with holiday pay

SUNDAY -£22.00 or £24.66 with holiday pay

Driving Force Recruitment operating as an employment business are offering an excellent opportunity for HGV 1 Drivers to work for our award-winning client based in Derby (DE74)

Job Role:

Immediate starts for both HGV 1 (ADR preferred but not essential)

Role involves doing multiple deliveries or collections per day to commercial premises across England and other parts of the UK. Communicating any delays to the customer, parking in sensible places around the country and being safety conscious with your strapping down of the unaccompanied trailers and all checks is essential.

ADHOC or full time work available to suit.

The right candidates can work their desired pattern.

** Holidays will be accrued on shift basis and paid when you take holiday - we do not include holiday pay in your hourly rate **

The right candidate will have an enthusiastic and reliable with a commitment to delivering 1st class customer service.

Desired Skills:

Driving License, Digi card and Drivers CPC Card

ADR License

Must have good communication skills and a flexible can-do attitude to work.

Good Geographical Knowledge

Minimum of 3 Months experience Driving class 1 in the UK.

Excellent communication skills.

Unfortunately, we cannot use any candidates with DR10 or CD10 on your license.

A maximum of 6 points on your license.
