Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Skills Required

\n
• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or Mechanical Maintenance.
\n
• Experience carrying out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
\n
• Experience with reactive maintenance and fault finding.
\n
• Good knowledge of:\n
  \n
  • HVAC systems
  \n
  • Plumbing
  \n
  • Pumps
  \n
  • Motors
  \n
  • Valves
  \n
  • Pipework
  \n
\n
• Understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
\n
• Experience using CAFM systems (such as Concept, Maximo, Planon, MRI, or similar).
\n

• Monday to Friday
\n
• Rotating shifts:\n
  \n
  • 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  \n
  • 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  \n
  • 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  \n
\n
• Must be willing to join an out-of-hours on-call rota.
\n
