Days & Nights | 12-hour shifts | £16.53 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay

Routes Healthcare is recruiting Complex Care Assistants to support a client returning home to Morecambe. This is a brand new package and we need skilled, clinically capable care professionals to be part of it from day one.

\n

New to Morecambe — not new to care. You might not know our name in this area yet, but Routes Healthcare has been delivering high-quality homecare and complex care across the North of England since 2009. We're an established, CQC-registered provider bringing that same experience and clinical standard to Morecambe.

Your role will include:

  • Complex clinical care interventions
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Medication administration and health support
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Mobility, positioning, and personal care
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Accurate record keeping and working alongside healthcare professionals
  • \n
\n

  • Guaranteed hours available, confirmed on successful completion of a 3-month probation period

What you'll need:

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • 6+ months UK care experience (complex care preferred but not essential)
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Right to work in the UK
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Willingness to travel during the initial set-up phase
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Genuine passion for person-centred care
  • \n
\n
