HGV 2 DRIVER - West Drayton

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an HGV 2 Driver to work with a leading provider of airline catering and logistics services in West Drayton. We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused professional who is committed to efficiency and excellent service.

Shift Patterns:
\n * Working any 5 days out of 7.
\n * Shifts from 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00.
\n * Flexibility to work both shifts is required according to the rota.

Pay Rates:
\n * 18.96 GBP hourly
\n * Overtime and Bank Holiday enhanced rates

Essential Requirements for HGV 2 DRIVER:
\n * Valid UK HGV 2 Driving Licence
\n * CPC qualification and Driver Card
\n * Minimum 1 year HGV 2 driving experience
\n * No more than 3 penalty points on licence
\n * 5-year work history and DBS check eligibility
\n * Willingness to complete CO-Course (assistance provided)
\n * Must not hold a student visa

Desirable Requirements for HGV 2 DRIVER:
\n * Previous airport or logistics experience
\n * Experience with heavy manual handling
\n * Good knowledge of Gatwick and surrounding routes

Role for HGV 2 DRIVER:
\n * Safely operate heavy goods vehicles to transport goods
\n * Efficiently load and unload goods at designated locations
\n * Ensure all deliveries are completed safely and on time
\n * Maintain high standards of safety and operational efficiency
