Metal Saw Operator

Pertemps are looking for a reliable Metal Saw Operator to join a busy production team working with non-ferrous metals. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with an immediate start available.\n
\nWhat you'll be doing:\n
\nSetting up and operating semi-automatic and automatic saws\n
\nCutting metal to the correct sizes\n
\nMeasuring materials using vernier callipers\n
\nSetting gauges and working to accurate measurements\n
\nMoving and handling metal safely\n
\nKeeping your work area clean and tidy\n
\nWhat we're looking for:\n
\nExperience using saws in a manufacturing or engineering environment\n
\nConfident using vernier callipers and reading measurements\n
\nGood attention to detail\n
\nReliable with a strong work ethic\n
\nHours:\n
\nMonday to Thursday\n
\n7:00am 4:45pm\n
\nPay:\n
\n£13.75 £14.50 per hour\n
\nTemporary to permanent opportunity\n
