\nWe are seeking an experienced, confident, and passionate Nursery Room Manager to join our supportive early years team. Key Responsibilities:\n- \n
- Lead the planning and delivery of high-quality, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework. \n
- Manage and inspire a team of practitioners, ensuring excellent standards of care and education are maintained. \n
- Create a safe, nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children. \n
- Act as Key Person, overseeing children's learning, development, wellbeing, and care needs. \n
- Monitor, assess, and record children's progress, sharing updates and milestones with parents and carers. \n
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families through clear and effective communication. \n
- Ensure safeguarding, child protection, and health & safety procedures are consistently implemented. \n
- Drive continuous improvement within the room and contribute to the overall success and quality of the nursery. \n
- Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance management. \n

- Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years Education (essential). \n
- Significant experience within an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader or Nursery Room Manager. \n
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection requirements. \n
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, support, and develop a team. \n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills. \n
- Passionate about early childhood development and delivering outstanding care and education. \n
