Class 1 Driver

Class 1 drivers required - rota basis
\n Rapier Employmentare looking for Class 1 drivers to support our well-known client based inDidcot.\n
**This is a great opportunity for someone who has held their C+E licence for 6 months**\n
Role:Class 1 Driver\n
Pay:£20 to £23per hour - overtimeafter 45 hours on higher rate\n
Hours:14:00 & 15:00 starts available\n
Days:
\n

\n
• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday + potential extra shifts
\n
• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday + potential extra shifts
\n

\n
Job includes:\n
\n

\n
• Transport goods between different locations, ensuring efficient delivery schedules
\n
• Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle for trunking operations, adhering to company policies
\n
• Conductpre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle and report any issues
\n
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery details
\n
• Communicate effectively with the transportation team and other drivers to coordinate trunking operations
\n

What you'll need:
\n

\n
• Held C+E licence for 6 months minimum
\n
• No more than 6 points on your licence
\n
• Strong knowledge of road safety and excellent driving skills
\n
• Available to work weekdays and weekends
\n
• Full UK licence, validCPCcard and digitaltachocard
\n
